OFI needed just one point, against Apollon Pontou, to achieve promotion back to the greek Super League, managed to get three and OFI fans can now start partying.
OFI got a victory against Apollon, in the Kalamaria stadium, for the 29th round of Football League.
The cretan team tried a conservative approach to assure the one point needed. In a very poor pitch, OFI mostly tried to hit the opponent with counter attacks, thanks to its fast wingers, having to deal with the absence of the top scorer, Dimitris Manos.
