Great game in Nea Smyrni, where OFI got a draw 2-2 against Panionios.
All goals came in the first 45 minutes. Just 7 minutes into the 1st half home team took the lead in the score,with a close-range shot from Masouras (1-0)
Argentinean Juan Neira changed everything with 2 nice goals (22’, 27’) and gave OFI Crete the lead (1-2). Especially the second goal was top class.
Panionios equalized just 1 minute before the half time, with a header from Stavropoulos (2-2).
Both teams had many chances to score more goals, but the outcome was a fair draw that left spectators and those watching the game from home satisfied with so much action.
They all got the message: OFI Crete is back for good and will leave its mark again in the Greek Super League.
